MOUNTAIN BIKE ATHLETES PREPARE FOR THE ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP

From February 21 to March 10, in Cholpon-Ata (Kyrgyz Republic), junior and youth athletes of the mountain bike division are holding a training camp focused on special physical preparation as part of their preparation for the Asian Championship.

Seven athletes from the Olympic Training Center Astana are participating in the training camp. The training process is conducted under the supervision of Senior Coach T.K. Akanov. Technical maintenance of the bicycles and monitoring of their readiness for competition are ensured by mechanic Sergey Osipov.
